An IT Support Technician is required by OneStream – the award winning business division of Digital Phone Company Ltd

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years 2nd line support experience and be conversant in the following operating systems and applications:-

Windows server including Server 2003 – 2008 (+ SBS). Administration experience of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and remote access systems is also essential.

Experience of SQL, Exchange 2003 onwards, WSUS and Terminal Server/VPN installations

Installing, Configuring and Supporting desktops running Windows XP through to Windows 7 and related applications software such as Office.

General hardware knowledge and experience in IT maintenance is also expected.

Commercial experience and awareness would be beneficial but not essential.

The role will be customer facing to internal and external clients. The ability to work flexible hours and travel within the East Anglia region will be required; therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. A Microsoft Certified candidate will be at an advantage and you will also benefit from our Microsoft Partner status.
