Meet the team
Phil Rider - Chairman
Phil set up Digital Phone Company in 1994 and has led the Company through the last 15 years. Phil is responsible for all of our network contacts and is respected throughout the industry.
Kim Rider - HR Director
Kim was fully involved in the set up of the Company and has taken an active role throughout its 15 years. At present Kim focuses on recruitment, appraisals and brings a creative flair to the Board.
Richard King - Sales Director
Richard joined Digital Phone Company in 1997 as a Sales Assistant, moving up to Area Manager before joining the Board of Directors in November 2004.
James Paterson IT Director
James is responsible for all of the OneStream ICT systems, both at our Head Office in Gt. Yarmouth and for our fully managed IT customers throughout East Anglia. James joined DPC in August 2000 and became a member of the Board in November 2004.
Chris Share - Finance Director
Chris has a degree in Management Science from Warwick University and joined Digital Phone Company in 2003, progressing within the company to become a member of the Board in 2008. Chris is responsible for leading the Finance function as well as providing budgetary control and financial planning.
Stuart Wymer - Purchasing Director
Stuart joined Digital Phone Company in November 1998 and is responsible for negotiating terms with all of our suppliers ensuring that we buy at competitive rates all of the time. In addition, Stuart manages the distribution flow of hardware which are all purchased centrally and despatched to our outlets daily.
Barbara Daniel - Customer Service Manager
Babs has worked at our Head Office since 1999 and has been responsible for customer service, recruitment, HR and the overall management and organisation of various departments throughout the growth of the Company. Babs now heads our Customer Services team directly focusing on the after sales experience of our Onestream business customers.
